Can I return a product I purchase?
When you purchase a product a portion of the money goes to our Life Changing Partner Sweet Sleep.
Each product is made for you here in the USA when you order it. You may return the product(s) for a replacement just like the one you ordered for the following reasons:
1. You have received the wrong order – it is not what you ordered.
2. The product is misprinted, damaged, or defective.
How long do I have to submit a claim for a return?
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
How do I return my product that is misprinted, damaged, or defective?
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning any products. We will send you detailed information on how to proceed with your return.
Can I get a credit or refund?
Please understand that we do not offer a credit or cash refund for any items sold because each product is made just for you.
What if the order is lost in the mail?
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We’ll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
Please keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered, but you think you haven’t received it, please contact us at email@example.com . However, typically in this case, if tracking shows delivery was made successfully, the customer will be financially responsible to remanufacture and ship the item (s) again.
What happens if a package isn’t delivered to you, but the tracking states that it did?
We will cover a variety of courier errors such as lost or damaged in transit, postage due errors or generally misrouted packages when tracking provides no clear details or cause.
In the rare cases that a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, but the recipient reports they have yet to receive it – We would not cover the cost of reshipping the order. Again, this only applies if the tracking details state that a delivery was made to the recipients address.
In most instances, it is found that the delivery was made, but left in an unexpected location at a recipient’s address. Recipients should reach out to the courier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person – e.g. “left under table on back porch.”
What if I provide the wrong address?
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our manufacturer. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
What if I don’t want the product(s) or changed my mind after I have ordered, or it doesn’t fit when I receive my product?
Sorry, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges because each product is made for you when it is ordered.
My order shows it is being returned to sender, what now?
There are a few reasons an order can be returned to sender but most often it is due to an undeliverable address. Other instances include the package being unclaimed at customs or refused/returned by customer. You will receive notice once the order arrives back to our facility. We will contact you to determine how you would like to proceed with an updated address if you wish to have the product reshipped. New shipping charges will be applied for orders that have been unclaimed at customs, returned by the customer, or had an incorrect address originally provided.
