Because all of our products are made to order we do not offer returns and all sales are final. However, you may return the product(s) for a replacement just like the one you ordered for one of the following reasons:
1. You have received the wrong order – it is not what you ordered.
2. The product is misprinted, damaged, or defective.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 28 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 28 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our manufacturing part are covered at our expense.
How do I return my product that is misprinted, damaged, or defective?
We require you to first send us a picture showing the damage and upon inspection we will tell you whether it fits our criteria for return. If approved, we will ask you to send the product back to us. Once received we will send you a new product at no cost to you. Please contact us at email@example.com before returning any products. We will send you detailed information on how to proceed with your return.
Can I get a credit or refund?
Please understand that we do not offer a credit or cash refund for any items sold because each product is made just for you.
What if I don’t want the product(s) or changed my mind after I have ordered, or it doesn’t fit when I receive my product?
Because each product is made to order we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges.
What if I provide the wrong address?
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our manufacturer. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
